Do I need prior flipping experience to qualify?

No. We lend to first-time investors who bring a strong deal and meet our basic credit and liquidity criteria.

What property types do you finance?

1–4 unit residential properties, small multifamily, condos, and PUDs. Mixed-use is reviewed on the Stabilized Bridge product.

Can you finance the rehab budget?

Yes. Our Fix & Flip loans cover both the acquisition and the rehab, with funds drawn as work is completed.

How fast can you close?
